Development

This year at St. Francis, we have a variety of opportunities to support our school and mingle with our families and friends:

SCRIP Program - Those of you who have purchased gift certificates on line have seen how very easy it is and know how this “non-fundraiser” can raise a lot of money.
Click here to register and start shopping with SCRIP. There are hundreds of vendors and we also have Publix Supermarkets and Pinch-A-Penny.  Orders are placed every Monday at 8:00am and will be available for pick-up on Friday afternoon.  Special thanks to Danielle Stone, who is serving as our SCRIP coordinator and Kay Webb our Marketing Director.  All the profits that are raised are split between your family and the school.  Please call me if you have any questions.

The Knights of Columbus “Celebrate Catholic Education Dinner” Friday, September 10, 2010 at 6:00pm in the St. Francis Catholic High School Gymnasium.  Dinner provided by Carrabba’s Italian Grill.  There will be a very diverse silent action and entertainment by students at St. Francis.  Donation is $60 per ticket.  Tickets available at St. Francis Catholic High School in the Development Office 352-248-0356 or Charlie Henault at 352-214-5318.  Sponsorships are available. All money raised will be utilized for the St. Francis Catholic High School Tuition Assistance Fund. For more information, to purchase tickets or make a donation please visit www.kofcdinner.org.

QSP Magazine fundraiser in October.  All proceeds will directly fund this year's clubs/activities at St. Francis.  Each student is required to sell 4 subscriptions.  Simply renew subscriptions to magazines you, your family, and neighbors already read or purchase magazines you had always wanted to read.

St. Francis UF Homecoming Float-Friday, October 16, 2009 at noon at University Avenue.  We need lots of people to join us to make a float that will dazzle the  Gainesville community and the University of Florida. Let’s make a real statement with our Wolf and Gator pride!

Souper Fun Sunday- Sunday, January 30, 2011 from 1:00pm until 3:30pm in the St. Francis Gymnasium.  Come sample mouth watering soups from local restaurant and caters in the Gainesville area.  Student entertainment will be available.  This is a family affair, ticket prices are very reasonable.  Click here for more information on this great event!

If you have any questions about the events above or would like to get involved, please contact Development Director Heather Duiser at 352-248-0356 or hduiser@sfchs.org .
